Building Collaborative Communities

About the Campaign

With increasing palliative care needs from an ageing population and to provide high-quality and sustainable care, SHC constantly turns to innovation and encourages collaborations and partnerships that promote inclusivity and multidisciplinary teamwork. We provide opportunities for an open dialogue for learning in the field of palliative care amongst different disciplines in both inpatient and community settings. We hope more people can access good palliative care and have a dignified end-of-life journey by expanding our healthcare professional training and learning opportunities while ensuring quality palliative care provisions.

Your generous donation will make a massive difference in patients’ lives and fulfilling our vision of providing quality palliative care for everyone.
