Conversation Cards

The purpose of these conversation cards is to help us discover our values, motivations, beliefs and life goals. They can also help us identify important people in our lives who could act as our spokespersons in times of critical need.

It can be played in a small group or alone as these questions can be used for self-reflection and personal journaling.  Players are encouraged to share their thoughts with their loved ones.

The questions in these cards are classified into three levels of complexity.  They are colour-coded as follows:

LIME GREEN = Easy to answer
ORANGE = Intermediate level. Requires a bit of thinking.
PINK = Advanced level. Life questions that may take a little longer to consider.

The conversation cards are created by Tan Tock Seng Hospital Advance Care Planning team and Singapore Hospice Council for the community.
