What Matters to You – Reflections Through Art

Explore the use of simple art techniques as a means to reflect on life, and what matters to you. Advance Care Planning, a process of planning for one’s future health and personal care, and expressing one’s values and preferences, will also be introduced during this session.

Materials will be provided and no prior experience in art is required.

Prior sign-up is required so that the programme can be tailored to participants’ needs. Participants aged 15 years old or older are welcome to sign-up (limited to 20 participants).
