Join us at this activity-based exhibition to learn more about Advance Care Planning – its purpose and benefits and other options that you can consider for planning your future care. Participants can join in various activities that include:

Activity 1: Exhibition – Advance Care Planning (ACP)
Participants are encouraged to visit the exhibition, and participate in mini quizzes to test their knowledge on ACP and stand a chance to win prizes.

Activity 2: Hopes, Dreams & Wishes
Participants are tasked to reflect about what living well means to them, and to pen down their thoughts about their hopes, dreams and wishes. This activity aims to remind individuals of the little things that are meaningful and precious to them.

This programme is open to all members of the public.
