  • How to go about doing ACP – 3 types of tools to plan for future.
  • Quiz of 10 questions based on information displayed

This activity educates individuals on the 3 types of planning options. Collaterals will be given out to participants who completed the quizzes.

2. Hopes, Dreams & Wishes

This activity allows individuals to think and reflect on the meaning of “living well” to them by allowing them to think about their hopes, dreams and wishes. We hope that through this activity individuals can be reminded about the things that are meaningful to their life. Individuals can pen down their thoughts using post-it notes to be placed on the activity banner.
