Dr Ong Eng Koon is a palliative care physician who practises at Assisi Hospice and National Cancer Centre. He completed his undergraduate medical training and his postgraduate training in family medicine and palliative medicine at the National University of Singapore.


Learn about palliative care, which focuses on symptom management and psychosocial support for patients with life-limiting diseases and their caregivers. The role of palliative care services in supporting caregivers who look after these patients will also be highlighted.
