Established in 2011, the GEMS Showchoir is made up of dedicated and talented staff and volunteers from Dover Park Hospice (DPH). The GEMS singers hails from Singapore, New Zealand and the Philippines and have performed at events such as DPH’s Open House and Annual Sunflower Ball, Voices for Hospices and Asia Pacific Hospice Conference, to name a few.

GEMS is guided by resident instructor, Ms Audrey Jansen, a music educator who has conducted vocal workshops for schools and also trained actors for musical theatre productions.

They will perform True Colours and Brave by Sara Bareilles, Harlem Yu’s QING FEI DE YI in both mandarin and Tagalog, folksong Di Tanjung Katong and Ain’t no mountain high enough.
