Mon, 21 Oct 2019 @ 12:00 am - Sun, 3 Nov 2019 @ 11:59 pm

Head down to Sembawang Public Library to learn more about palliative care and end-of-life matters from Now to 3 November!

Learn through Stories

Our recently-launched 3rd Life Book <Dr. Guardian Angel> is now available for all to read in 4 languages. Grab a copy there or read them here!

Our Life Books aim to raise awareness about palliative care through our community’s rich repository of stories. These stories are told from many different perspectives, coming either from the patients, caregivers, doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists and volunteers.

Through <Dr. Guardian Angel>, be inspired by teenage gamer, Zach, as he battles cancer with a cheat code: to always look on the brighter side. Armed with an infectious positivity and constant strength from his palliative care doctor, Zach emerged a winner not just in his own quest, but everyone else’s story.

Learn through a Photo-Documentary

Follow through a Day-In-The-Life of an Occupational Therapist at St Luke’s Hospital. Through photographs, learn more about what they do and how they contribute to the multidisciplinary Palliative Care team.

See you there!
