Live Well. Leave Well. – Voices of My HeART

Sat, 5 Oct 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

In celebration of the World Hospice and Palliative Care Day in October, Singapore Hospice Council will be reaching out to the young adults through various forms of creative arts and dialogues. Through this, we hope young adults would be better able to engage their parents and elderly loved ones to start early conversations and plan for their preferred end-of-life care when one day, they become very ill.

All members of the public are welcome to obtain useful resources about palliative care and caregiving support and have the opportunity to interact with our healthcare professionals. See you there!

Other Highlights

– Virtual Reality Experience of a Hospice
– Photo Documentary of A-Day-In-The-Life of an Occupational Therapist
– Creative Art Activities by HE:ART matters and Band of Doodlers
– Interactive and informative booths by our member organisations on palliative care and end-of-life matters
